It took place in the auditorium Aula Magna of the UCV.
Lamentablemente fue saboteado por trabajadores jubilados de la UCV a quienes se que les deben dinero. No eran ni el sitio ni el momento adecuado.
Unfortunately it was sabotaged by retired UCV employees demanding payment of moneys owed.
Algo atrás hay en todo esto ya que observé jóvenes con franela del CHE. Ustedes dirán.

Igual se les dió e derecho de palabra y se retiraron aunque interrumpieron y perturvaron la seriedad del foro. Algunas personas abandonaron el foro por esta interrución.
In any case, they were given a chance to speak and they left after that. They still interrupted and disturbed the seriousness of the forum.
